Responsibilities of a Catering Assistant
1. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and food service equipment
2. Upholding high hygiene and safety standards
3. Assisting with basic food preparation when required
4. Keeping food counters clean and fully stocked
5. Serving food to customers in a professional manner
Requirements of a Catering Assistant
6. Manual Handling qualification (training available)
7. HACCP or Food Safety certification (training can be arranged)
8. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required
9. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
