Production Shift Manager
A dynamic and challenging environment is available for an experienced Shift Manager to oversee operations at a multinational food manufacturing site in West Cork.
About the Role:
* Lead and support your shift team to meet daily production targets and key performance indicators.
* Maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, good manufacturing practice, and housekeeping.
* Oversee training, development, and performance of your team members.
* Monitor production costs and help drive efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within food manufacturing.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including nights.
* Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practice, food safety, and production processes.
