Technical Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with at least 8+ years work experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing design methodologies such as Design For Manufacturing (DFM), Reliability Engineering, Systems Design.
* Proven track record in medical device design (or designing within highly regulated industries) with strong proficiency in Solid Modeling and CAE tools.
* Ability to communicate technical information effectively across multiple stakeholders.
