The Role:

* You will support our members' enquiries, evaluate situations, and respond appropriately.

* You will record and respond to all complaints in a timely manner.

* You will ensure accurate and up-to-date computer records reflect communications with the member.

* You will manage members' payment methods and transactions accurately.

* You will sell Laya Healthcare products and follow-up on sales.
">
* You will enrol members on the Avondhu system and enter details correctly.
">
* You will achieve required CX standards across all interactions.

* You will carry out credit control when monies are outstanding.
">
* You will contribute to continuous improvements in working practices and customer care.

Eligibility Criteria:

* A minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent is desirable.
">
* Experience involving client contact or customer service in the insurance industry is essential.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
