Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health & Safety Manager located in Naas. The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, delivering training programs, monitoring work environments, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing occupational health concerns. The role requires a proactive approach to fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices
* Experience in designing and delivering Safety Training programs
* NEBOSH certification or equivalent formal health and safety qualification
* Strong knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of safety
* Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Previous experience in logistics, hospitality, or facilities management environments is an advantage
