Job Description
Chief Operations Officer — €150k with €50k+ in Package, Dublin. This international financial services group is continuing to grow and has commenced an exciting transformation programme. They have restructured their senior management level to further drive the change agenda and achieve significant goals across the next 5 years. This role will be pivotal across the entire operations area with 4 Heads of... reporting into you within a matrix structure. Your role will include: leading the strategic operations reporting to the CEO; responsibility for all operational initiatives across Projects, Systems, Transformation, Outsourcing, Procurement and Processes; working with internal and group level stakeholders to deliver on key strategic goals; collaborating with Risk, Compliance and Product Development to ensure new product releases are operationally strong; delivering technology and operational projects with best practice in a continuous improvement culture.
To be eligible, you must have no less than 10 years of experience as a Senior operations leader within a Multinational Financial services company. Preference will be given to candidates with a track record in Insurance. You should have a strong track record in systems and technology projects, having delivered multiple projects in your career. A relevant master’s programme and a second European language would be an advantage.
