About the Role Working within a highly skilled operations team, you will contribute to the safe running of multiple modern power generation units.
Youll be involved in daily operational duties, plant monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting outage maintenance activities.

Power Station Team Members Key Responsibilities Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Perform routine monitoring, testing, analysis, and reporting of plant conditions.
Support shift operations, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to the Shift Team Leader/Operations Manager.
Assist with frontline maintenance, troubleshooting and outage-related works.
Contribute to improving operational procedures, systems, and processes.
Power Station Team Members Experience & Qualifications Essential 2+ years experience in process, operations, utilities, or similar technical environments.
Strong ability to analyse and respond to plant operating conditions.
Flexibility to provide shift cover when required.
Desirable Craft qualification in Control & Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Fitting.
CSCS tickets or relevant safety certifications.
Knowledge of health & safety and environmental standards.
Experience supervising contractors or using maintenance/operations management systems.
Full B driving licence.
