Our client, a large and well-established nursing home group in the West of Ireland, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their senior clinical leadership team.
This purpose-built facility includes a dedicated Rehabilitation / Acquired Brain Injury unit alongside elderly care services.
It is a CARF-accredited centre, delivering complex clinical care including PEG, tracheostomy and ventilated patients, supported by an exceptionally well-trained nursing team.
Conveniently located just off the motorway in Oranmore, the centre is easily accessible from Galway City and surrounding areas.

The Role The successful candidate will work closely with the Person in Charge (PIC) and wider senior management team, which includes two Assistant Directors of Nursing and CNMs.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with participation in a shared on-call rota across the senior clinical team.
