* The post-holder will be responsible for delivering specialized occupational therapy services to patients under the care of the palliative care team, including those with cancer, COPD, neurology and older persons conditions.
* The OT will establish strong links with community teams and specialist palliative care services throughout Ireland, requiring clinical input at times into the wider occupational therapy service if demands change.
