About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy control room environment. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring remote signalling and CCTV systems, providing high-quality customer service, and working within a team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and the ability to multitask. Experience with alarm systems and despatching emergency services would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work within the Command Centre on shift rotas and provide quality-assured customer service
* Monitor remote signalling and CCTV systems using installed equipment
* Respond to alarm systems and dispatch emergency services as required
* Perform staff welfare checks and review/edit reports regularly
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* Verifiable 5-year work history
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent administrative skills
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work within a team
Benefits
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of €16.80 per hour, plus a Sunday allowance of €1 per hour. You will also receive benefits such as night shift pay and site allowances.
