We are looking for a talented and driven individual to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and upholding the highest standards in food safety and service.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing budgets and suppliers, and collaborating with senior management and front-of-house teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
* Plan and deliver seasonal, on-trend menus aligned with client and customer expectations.
* Manage stock levels, suppliers, and ordering.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
* Monitor food presentation and quality standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume catering, hotel, or restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion for innovation, food trends, and delivering high-quality dishes.
* Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve operational targets.
