A leading housing developer is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support post-contract quantity surveying duties on a fast-moving, large-scale residential development. This is a site-based role in North Dublin, ideal for a motivated, commercially aware professional with house-building experience. Responsibilities Manage subcontract packages and oversee payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Undertake monthly valuations and produce cost reports. Monitor budgets, variations, and contractual details. Support project delivery through accurate cost control and reporting. Coordinate multiple projects and contribute to a high-performing team. Requirements 710+ years post-graduate experience in a PQS or contractor environment. Strong residential building experience, particularly RC frame/apartment projects. Proficient in Buildsoft, CostX, or equivalent, and Microsoft Word/Excel. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work on own initiative. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
