Role Summary

This is a busy and rewarding role where you'll manage a steady stream of mortgage referrals, guide customers through their journey from start to finish, and ensure they're receiving the best service and advice possible.
\
You'll work independently, manage your own pipeline, and support clients throughout the full mortgage process — from enquiry through to completion.
\

1. Manage mortgage enquiries from first contact to drawdown
\
2. Provide clear advice on products available in the market
\
3. Guide customers through document submission via our digital portal
\
4. Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding items are addressed
\
5. Maintain a high standard of service and compliance throughout the journey
\
6. Meet weekly activity and performance targets
\
\
7. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a mortgage brokerage environment (broking experience is essential)
\
8. APA qualification – mandatory
\
9. QFA is an advantage
\
10. Strong customer service and communication skills
\
11. Confident working independently and managing your own workload
\
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
