Guardian Doors, a part of the Grady Window Manufacturers Group, founded in 1979, have grown from a small, family run business into a market leader in the door and window manufacturing industry across Ireland and the UK. We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our base in Charlestown, Co. Mayo to assist in the manufacturing process of high quality windows and doors. The role includes sanding, painting, cutting, using hand tools, power tools and automated machinery.
Responsibilities
* Sanding
* Painting
* Cutting
* Using hand tools and power tools
* Operating and setting automated machinery
Skills and qualifications
* Flexible and willing to work independently and/or as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
* Carpentry/Joinery experience an advantage
* Manual handling certificate (can be obtained after job offer)
