This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about sourcing, understands the nuances of tech roles, and is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.The Skills You BringProven end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical roles.You have a strong grasp of technical roles and terminology, enabling you to identify top talent across areas such as software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and data.You're passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and act as a trusted advocate throughout the recruitment journey.Expertise in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, HireEz, and enterprise ATS systems (ideally Workday).Experienced in managing and prioritising 35+ concurrent searches, including remote stakeholder engagement.Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively across teams.A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong written communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.The Value You DeliverStrategic Relationship Management: You'll support the recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on sourcing and candidate engagement, with hiring manager collaboration evolving over time.Market Insight: Your broad knowledge of the global technology talent landscape helps us build strong, targeted candidate pipelines.Network Building: You'll expand and nurture our talent network through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Category:Human Resources
