Material Management Coordinator Role
The SAP Cordinator is responsible for ensuring material availability and tool management for maintenance and continuous improvement. This role ensures that all materials are available in the fab on time for installations, upgrades, and Field Change Orders (FCO). Based on the daily plan of works, ensure the required tools and materials are available at the right time at the right place.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Material Preparation: Ensure all materials are available in the fab on time for installations, upgrades, and Field Change Orders (FCO). Based on the daily plan of works, ensure the required tools and materials are available at the right time at the right place.
2. Material Management: Work together with SCM Team to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled w.r.t the planning. Manage all allocated parts and tools inventory status and focus on making proper Material usage/return plan with machine owner. Manage Expiry tools to be returned in time and secure backup tools as well.
3. System Management in SAP & SMS (ASML system): Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list to maintain a correct configuration of the system in SAP. Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred, or equivalent experience. - Experience in the semiconductor field or logistics technician is preferred but not mandatory. - Knowledge of logistic processes, service order processes, SAP, and Plan on is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Handle Microsoft Office tools skillfully (especially Excel). - Able to work in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Open to cultural differences and able to work with sites of different cultures and ways of working. - Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
