Responsibilities include:
1. Implementing best practice account management with Relationship Partners.
2. Driving annual account and revenue planning, including growth strategies.
3. Deepening understanding of accounts and sectors to bring global PwC resources to local markets.
4. Managing procurement relationships and client engagement.
5. Facilitating account meetings, managing pipelines, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
6. Gathering client feedback and supporting pursuit management.
7. Connecting internal teams and PwC experts to client accounts.
8. Bringing insights and thought leadership to the account team.
9. Acting as a Salesforce champion and supporting its effective use.
10. Collaborating on events, marketing, and sales campaigns.
Experience and skills required:
1. At least 5 years in strategic account management with a proven track record.
2. Commercial awareness and experience in business development in professional services.
3. Proven account management methodology experience.
4. Sales campaign experience is advantageous.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
6. Ability to connect ideas across services and sectors.
7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
8. Pursuit experience in professional services.
9. Good numeric skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to influence at individual and group levels.
11. Experience with CRM, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools.
