Hybrid Working My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager on a permanent basis Candidates must have a strong Payroll background and ideally experience gained within the Healthcare Industry. Experience of Quantum Payroll and Excel would be a distinct advantage Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports related to payroll and pensions to management and key stakeholdersParticipate in the creation of BI reports on relevant platformGenerating and posting of all accruals (leave or payroll) for management accounts as well as nominal ledger entriesReporting budget v planned v worked hours – variances explained in summary report for central finance team.Involvement in annual budgets, forecastingDuties and Responsibilities: Overseeing the administration of the pension and payroll systemsManage payroll processing ensuring compliance with regulations, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions and taxesReview payroll polices to ensure accuracyOversee the management of pension plans and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policiesAdminister and communicate pension programs to employees providing guidance and supportEnsure accurate compliance with all reporting requirements including tax filings, pension audits and employee benefit inquiriesResponsible for staff expensesTrack staff accommodation deductions and occupancyAid in both internal and external auditsCollaborate with HR and finance to ensure alignment of payroll and benefitsServe as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and pension queriesThe PersonKey Skills: A minimum of 3 years' experience working within payroll and pension ideally within the health care sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detailExcellent planning and organisational skills.IPASS and BI knowledge are a distinct advantageFor more information on this role, please contact Damian Ryan Leinster Appointments is committed to providing a professional service where all CVs are kept confidential and will not be submitted to any third parties without candidate's knowledge or consent.
