Internal Sales Executive Location: West Dublin Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm Overview Our client, a well-established supplier within the construction and equipment sector, is seeking an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a newly created position offering significant earning potential and the opportunity to make a real impact within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across machinery, parts, and service offerings while developing long-term customer relationships. Full product and industry training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual looking to build a successful career in sales. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell new and used equipment to existing and prospective customers Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and customer visits Proactively contact existing customers to identify sales opportunities and generate repeat business Follow up with customers regarding equipment servicing, maintenance requirements, and parts needs Prepare quotations and manage the sales process from enquiry through to close Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system Identify opportunities to increase revenue across machinery, parts, and aftersales services Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of customer service Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and market sector Work closely with field sales representatives and the wider team to maximise business opportunities Key Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident engaging with customers and closing sales over the phone Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Experience within construction, engineering, industrial, plant hire, machinery, or related sectors would be advantageous but is not essential This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join a successful organisation in a newly created role, offering strong earning potential, comprehensive training, and genuine career development opportunities.
