Digital AI Workforce Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Digital AI Workforce Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Sales Execution
* You will foster and expand relationships with customer business decision-makers to drive business value and consultative selling.
* You will hunt new AI Workforce opportunities by identifying and engaging key business contacts and presenting the value proposition of AI Workforce solutions.
* You will lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of AI Workforce opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
Technical Expertise
* You will lead AI Workforce BDM and ITDM conversations, share best practices, present solutions with a differentiated value proposition, use cases, and key competitor knowledge across solution areas.
* You will act as a subject matter expert to inform pursuit or withdrawal decisions.
Sales Excellence
* You will plan for accounts across territories, develop competitive plans, conduct business analysis to pursue high-potential customers, and manage AI Workforce solutions organization-wide.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience.
* Fluency in German AND English is mandatory.
