Job Summary
The ideal candidate will provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager in delivering high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with project coordination and administration tasks
* Support planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, reports, and records
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
* Assist in site meetings and prepare comprehensive reports
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in construction project support or coordination is an asset
* Strong organisational and communication skills are essential
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – project software experience is a plus
* Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory
