Facilities Operative Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operative to fill this full-time position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections of the facility's premises, encompassing office spaces, communal areas, and production facilities.
* Maintain the external grounds of the facility, including gardening tasks.
* Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
* Manage and replenish supplies and inventory.
* Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or concerns.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Document maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar facility or maintenance role.
* Background in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical components.
* Aquaintance with GMP, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards is an asset.
