Product Designer – Dublin, Ireland
We are looking for a Product Designer in Dublin, Ireland.
As a Product Designer at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Design team, collaborating with Product Managers to deliver the latest security and identity products.
Responsibilities
Lead product design for key features within a strategic domain.
Create and lead product design full lifecycle from research through wireframes, design, prototyping, and user research.
Lead an end-to-end process from ideation to final implementation independently.
Collaborate with product managers and support engineering during implementation.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system by designing scalable, reusable components and patterns in Figma, aligned with existing standards, and supported by clear documentation to enable consistent use across teams and the platform.
Own the digital adoption tool across the platform, including designing and implementing in-app guidance flows and elements such as walkthroughs, announcements, and user guidance, and supporting designers and PMs in effectively leveraging it.
Qualifications
4+ Years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS.
Strong portfolio showcasing your skills with B2B/SaaS product examples.
Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, variables).
Ability to work in an agile environment and meet deadlines.
High level of written and spoken English.
Team player.
Experience working with and contributing to a design system.
Experience with user research is an advantage.

Work Location and Hours
Semperis maintains office locations in several cities across the globe.
Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices—or where the job description specifies a required location—will follow our hybrid work model.
This includes working onsite some days per week and remotely the remaining days.
