We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support the hotel's commercial growth and help elevate our brand presence across key markets.

Role Overview
As Sales & Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Sales and Revenue team to support the hotel's sales and marketing initiatives.
Your role will involve promoting the hotel across leisure, corporate, and event segments, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating content creation, and assisting in the organisation of events and sales activities.
This is a varied and dynamic role that blends creativity, communication, and commercial awareness — ideal for someone eager to develop their career in hospitality sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the hotel's sales and marketing plan in line with business objectives.
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities across all market segments.
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Help to manage social media accounts and create engaging content to showcase the hotel's offerings.
Support the organisation and promotion of events, FAM trips, and sales activities.
Maintain and update the hotel's online presence, website, and digital listings.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, press releases, and promotional content.
Work with external partners, including PR agencies and digital marketing suppliers, as required.
Prepare reports on marketing activities and sales performance.
Represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and client visits when required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales, marketing, or related role ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector.
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and content creation and google ads.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
