Senior Customer Service Administrator – Dublin 5
Salary: €40-45k based on full time.
Open to candidates looking for a 4 day working week.
Our client are a medical devices distributor working with hospitals and healthcare providers across Ireland and are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth office functionality, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and effective management of customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer service processing to ensure high satisfaction levels including quote generation, sales order processing and invoicing.
* Business operational support to include logistics co-ordination and general office administrative tasks.
* Support Quality Management System (QMS) to include complaint resolution, non-conformances and document control.
* Management of Sage 50 for financial tasks and bookkeeping support (high level of proficiency essential).
* Collaboration with team members to maintain a productive work environment.
* Create reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Tender submission support – monitoring of relevant tenders and application support
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Software Expertise: Proficient in Sage 50 (power user), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with Medical Devices / Healthcare a distinct advantage.
* People Supervision: A senior customer service representative who can demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage colleagues.
* Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
* Logistics Coordination: Experience managing office logistics efficiently.
* Bookkeeping (Advantage): Familiarity with bookkeeping practices on SAGE 50 is a plus.

* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Fluent spoken and written English essential
