We are looking for a Gastro department Manager / Deli Manager.
Candidate information/requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience as a Gastro department/Fresh food Manager
Previous experience working in a canteen, fast food, or a restaurant
HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus
Excellent customer service, good leadership, and organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
An advanced level of English is required
About the job:
If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation. After that, you will be paying 90 € (+ utilities) per week for a private room in the nearby area
Salary after tax in Ireland for this Gastro department Manager role will be 2.680 € - 2.920 € net per month (38.000 € - 42.000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
Your salary will be paid weekly on an hourly basis (618 € -674 € net per week)
Your duties will be: overseeing operations, inspecting food quality and display case presentation, managing food safety practices and cleaning, managing other food preparation employees, ensuring quality customer service
