Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Counter Executive based in Glenmore. The Parts Counter Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers in identifying and purchasing parts, managing inventory, and providing product information and advice. Additional responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support customers in the agricultural sector while working in a dynamic setting.
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Communication: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and assist customers in identifying their needs.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural machinery and parts is essential, with the ability to learn quickly about new products and services.
* Inventory and Record-Keeping: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, order processing, and maintain accurate records.
* Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and address customer queries or concerns proactively.
* Proficiency in Technology and Software: Competence in using inventory management or point-of-sale systems, plus basic computer skills.
* Relevant Experience or Education: Prior experience in a similar role or a background in agriculture, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
