Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker) - Call Centre, Shannon
We are delighted to partner with our client in recruiting professional and enthusiastic individuals for a Call Centre located in Shannon, Co. Clare. We are currently hiring French Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join the core customer service team on a full-time basis.
IRC has a longstanding relationship with our client, and many of our staff have built their careers within this organization. The position is based in Shannon with an option for hybrid working.
If you have customer service or helpdesk experience and are seeking an exciting career opportunity, this role could be ideal for you. The Customer Service Advisor will provide exceptional customer service and business support to the client’s customers using their service offerings.
Note: Due to the nature of this role, proficiency in an additional language besides English is required. During your application, you will need to specify your second language.
Requirements:
* At least two years of proven customer service experience in an agile environment.
* Second level education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong understanding of reporting tools.
* Availability to work shifts between 6am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
