Job Title: Procurement Administrator
Reports to: Procurement Manager
Location: CJK Office – North City Business Park, North Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Procurement Administrator to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. Working within a fast-paced Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement operations and helping deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise and manage purchase orders for materials, plant, and subcontract services.
* Liaise with site teams and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
* Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and delivery schedules.
* Assist in obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring best value.
* Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
* Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and project requirements.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a procurement or administrative role (construction/M&E background preferred).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
