Job Title:
A high-profile leader is required to oversee the strategic direction of finance systems.
* 10+ years experience in Financial Systems and Technology Delivery
* Workday ERP experience
* Expertise in financial processes including close, consolidation, reporting and FP&A
* Hands-on experience with enterprise finance systems and technologies
* Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
* Strong technical ability to discuss systems architecture
* Business acumen and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring finance systems are reliable, scalable and aligned to business needs. They will also deliver a portfolio of systems enhancements to drive efficiency across the global finance organization.
Additional responsibilities include translating transformational vision into operational reality, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring current systems operate flawlessly while wider transformation planning is underway.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to present Finance IT roadmaps to CEO and Executive Management Team.
They will lead multiple delivery teams internationally and establish delivery standards, agile practices and service level expectations.
Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years experience in Finance Systems, technology delivery
