We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 4-star hotel in Dublin City. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving guest experience and ensuring the highest standards across all departments.
About the Role
* You will take full control of budgeting and forecasting to deliver financial objectives and maximize room yield.
* Oversight responsibilities include managing payroll, utilities and procurement with a critical eye as well as presenting monthly financials to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in hotel management with proven track record in leading large teams. You should possess strong business acumen combined with excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability.
