Job Overview
The Executive Director of Enterprise Systems plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Business Systems across the organization. This involves leveraging advanced business system tools, mentoring and consulting skills, and change management processes to accelerate results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an enterprise-wide Business System roadmap to meet strategic objectives and performance metrics.
* Plan and execute cost-saving projects and sustain kaizen results according to top-down goals.
* Provide formal and informal training and coaching on Business Systems and related processes.
* Conduct productive kaizen funnels against Business System key performance indicators with cross-functional teams.
* Ensure scorecards and KPIs are effective and well-aligned with leadership and HR goals.
* Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the organization.
* As Process Tool Owner for select Business System tools, promote the use and improvement of these tools across the organization.
Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain roles.
* BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience as an SME in biopharmaceutical operations.
* Able to influence others at all levels in the organization (up and down).
* Effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
* Must understand how to leverage followership and leadership to drive sustainable change.
