This is a key role in a busy office - the successful applicant will have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, will be able to work as part of a team and also on own initiative. Previous experience of / exposure to accounting software is required.The role will be to:Provide excellent customer service, communicate well with customers and suppliers; Build up rapport with customer base and engage in and support sales campaigns seasonally.Ensure accurate paperwork and processing orders, from incoming order stage to despatch; ensure well organised record maintenance.Use point-of-sale and stock software, accounts software as necessary.Support record-keeping and compliance paperwork to facilitate smooth operations within business.Work closely with management and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and timely procurement of requisite materials.Eircode: R93 PY82.
