HR Generalist Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to take on the role of an HR Generalist.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage leave processes, including daily and weekly reporting, policy adherence, and employee welfare meetings
* Provide support throughout the recruitment process, from advertisement to onboarding, including conducting interviews and issuing contracts
* Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and events
* Participate in employee relations processes, such as investigations, grievances, and performance reviews
* Maintain accurate records and trackers for absence, recruitment, right to work, probation, and more
The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer position and be proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems. They should also be highly organized with strong attention to detail and hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards it.
