Day Services Team Lead, Greenacres
Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, supporting residents and day‑attendees to live an ordinary life.
We are currently recruiting for a Day Services Team Lead to join our team in Greenacres Community.
Job Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
* Salary: €42,199 – €52,641 per annum

Qualifications / Requirements
* Hold a minimum of a QQI Level 7 Major Award on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Have 3 years' experience in programme facilitation in a day services or residential setting.
* Good working knowledge of the New Directions framework and person‑centred planning process.
* Experience of regulated services for people with an intellectual disability/autism and ability to apply knowledge of best practices.
* The capacity to deliver in an effective and resourceful manner within a model of person‑centred provision.
* Ability to facilitate changing needs and improve service delivery.
* Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
* A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.
