We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our full HR function, combining hands-on operational delivery with strategic initiatives.
The Role
* Manage all aspects of HR across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and driving best practice.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Operations & Compliance: Advise stakeholders on all HR matters, ensuring policies are up to date with Irish and EU legislation.
* Recruitment & Talent: Lead the end-to-end recruitment function, managing budgets and job platforms, and driving innovative attraction strategies.
* Training & Development: Manage training compliance across legislative, company and ISO requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
* A proactive, knowledgeable HR professional with a passion for both the operational and strategic sides of HR.
* Solid experience in HR management, ideally within a multi-site or fast-paced environment.
* A strong understanding of Irish and EU employment law, employee relations, compliance and HR systems.
