Job Overview

An exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and capable HR and Payroll Supervisor to join our team is now available. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing HR-related administration duties and tasks.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the company's projected success in the coming decade.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage HR-related administration duties and tasks
* Assist with and manage the onboarding of new staff members
* Draft Safety Statements, contracts, handbooks, and induction documents for incoming staff
* Oversee holidays, overtime, sick leave, pensions, and other benefits


Ideal Candidate:

* Level 7 or above qualification in Payroll, Accounting, or a related field
* IT savvy and proficient in relevant software
* An eye for detail and a proven track record of accuracy
* A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Required Skills:

* HR expertise
* Accounts management
* Payroll management
