What The Role Entails
6. Managing a large workload and prioritise key responsibilities in a busy Recruitment and Search office
7. Liaising with our great clients, helping them find top class technical talent
8. Sourcing high quality candidates via company database, social media, job boards and referrals.
9. Referencing candidates to ensure quality and suitability.
10. Keeping up to date with latest industry trends via press releases, social networking and candidate interaction
11. Capturing, managing and drawing insights from data
12. Be a positive influence on the company, engaging with company growth strategies and pursuing continuous professional development.
The Skills/Experience we Need
13. A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the recruitment industry
14. 3rd level degree (Level 8) in Business or related subject
15. Personable individual who prospers in small team environments
16. Excellent communications skills and a good judge of character
17. High level of efficiency around IT related tasks is essential
18. Extremely organised individual required to manage a busy workload
