A leading civil engineering contractor with a proven history of delivering top-tier infrastructure projects throughout Ireland is currently seeking a Site Engineer for a new development in Wicklow.

This role is ideally suited to a motivated engineer with 2+ years of site experience who is eager to expand their practical knowledge within a well-structured and experienced project team.
Key Responsibilities: Perform setting out duties using GPS, total stations, and other modern surveying tools.
Assist in conducting site surveys and ensure comprehensive documentation of site activities.
Collaborate with the Site Manager and engineering team to deliver technical solutions on-site.
Maintain a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate engineering-related tasks.
Support quality assurance processes by monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.
Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years site-based engineering experience.
Proficient in setting out, surveying, and general site engineering operations.
Capable of reading and interpreting detailed construction drawings.
Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
Whats on Offer: Competitive salary: €50,000 €60,000, commensurate with experience.
