The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's logistics strategy to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable movement of goods.
* Develop a comprehensive logistics plan aligned with business objectives.
* Lead and manage logistics teams across multiple sites, ensuring seamless operations and high-performance standards.
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
* Maintain compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including health & safety and environmental standards.
* Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.
* Evaluate and implement KPIs for logistics performance, cost control, and service levels.
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop budget forecasts and manage P&L statements in line with business growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain integration.
* Implement and leverage logistics technology, ERP/WMS/TMS systems, and data analytics to optimize operations.
