Sales Support Specialist Role
This key role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, managing rental and sales inquiries, creating customized quotes and processing orders efficiently.
* Manage rental and sales inquiries from healthcare providers and private customers
* Create quotes, process orders and payments, and coordinate deliveries effectively
* Maintain accurate records in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems is also required.
