Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day store operations, including customer care, business management & operations, deli, finance, operations, leadership & people, stock management, legislation & security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient business processes.
* Lead and motivate a retail sales team, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging personal growth.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, achieve targets, and adapt to market changes.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
* Proven ability to manage a retail sales team, including planning & organizing, problem solving, and managing performance.
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP requirements with relevant qualification.
* Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of consumer needs.
* Track record of achieving targets and excellent commercial acumen to adapt to market changes.
