Job Title: Construction Management Graduate Reports To: Contracts Manager Commencing: 1st of September 2025 Job Summary The Construction Management Graduate in Vision Contracting plays a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. They work closely with contract managers, project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Activities Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation. Monitor project schedules and manage resources to optimise efficiency. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Track progress against key milestones and report on project performance. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate project activities. Support procurement and material management processes. Contribute to risk assessments, problem-solving, and decision-making processes. Maintain site records and prepare progress reports. Participate in project meetings and assist in implementing quality control measures. Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. Assist Management with any ad hoc duties as required. Competencies Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
