Hotel Duty Manager Responsibilities Oversee daily food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, and event areas. Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports. Act as Duty Manager, representing the senior management team in their absence.
