We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team in Galway.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to take on a key role within our hotel's operations. As a Hotel Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team and ensuring that all guest interactions are of the highest standard.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage the front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room allocations, and guest services;
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required;
* Monitor and control departmental costs;
* Foster strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners;
The person should have experience in similar role.
The person has excellent interpersonal skills communication skills organisational skills.
The education level will be 3rd level qualification Hospitality/Hospitality Management or relevant discipline,
some relevant discipline,such as HR or management The job requires Hotsoft PMS
