We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJob SummaryInclude the following but are not limited to as other duties may be assigned.Oversee and coordinate JLL safety .Provide guidance and advice on EHS management.Key Stakeholder management with in JLL and Client for the site in Ireland.Implement oversee and maintain the JLL EHS management system tailored to JLL's program and ensure there is standardisation..Provide guidance to the team on how to guide and support and to obtain competent assessments of all EHS risks and report on the control of that risk.Analyse the results of audits carried out across the projects and make regular reports to the Site Lead on risk management performance.Assist in driving the Safety Champion programCollate and review accident reports, investigate accidents and make recommendation to prevent reoccurrence.Provide weekly reports detailing the EHS program status for the program on site.Establish client facing meetings to maintain client relationship management with key stakeholders.PerformanceImplement the account HSSE strategic objectives and bring them to life ensuring effective operational relevance within the area of responsibility.Manage and reduce operational risks by providing guidance and advice on HSSE risk management at all levelsProvide technical advice on relevant HSSE issues and communicate notifications of changes in legislation that will impact service delivery and/or client occupancy.Ensure a continued working knowledge of relevant current legislation.Identify improvement opportunities and support the account team in identifying practical cost-effective solutions and controls for HSSE risks.Ensure related risk assessments are in place in line with legal requirements and Client Standards.Manage incident and accident investigations.Support implementation of an effective site HSSE communication plan.Support the EHS managementLeadershipFoster a Culture of SafetySupport in developing relationships with key internal and external HSSE stakeholders.Proactively develop and manage client relationships ensuring expected service levels are achieved.Deliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback.Establish effective relationships and work co-operatively with the team and 3rd party vendorsEnsure 3rd party vendors maintain compliance with JLL CSSupport IFM EHS operations where requiredStandardsDrive the development of best practice HSE training programs and resources across both programs.Support the successful delivery of HSSE regulatory responsibilities.Experience And QualificationsMinimum 4 years' experience, implementing, and managing HSSE programsStrong track record HSE management experienceAppropriate recognized Professional HSSE qualifications and membershipsManagement system development, implementation and auditing experience;Practical experience of problem solving HSSE issues in a dynamic/diverse environment and implementation of risk control systems and processes.An agile approach to leadership and stakeholder management – able to operate effectively in a matrix structure.A strong orientation to goals and measurable results.What You Can Expect From UsWe succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive benefits and pay.We can't wait to see where your ambitions take you at JLL.
