In this vital role, youll support the lifecycle tracking of aircraft engines, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
From reviewing historical documentation to compiling engine phase-out reports, youll be a key player in the engine transition and delivery process for global aviation clients.
What Youll Do Review historical and current engine documentation to create Engine Phase-Out Documentation Packages.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to compile, verify, and finalise back-to-birth (Bt B) records.
Interpret engine maintenance manuals and life-limited part (LLP) data to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards.
Use specialised computer systems to track, review, and archive LLP documentation and engine maintenance records.
Resolve missing or incorrect paperwork issues by coordinating with international stakeholders.
Compile regular reports to track project status and documentation progress across multiple engines.
Stay current with relevant Airworthiness Directives and technical documentation changes.
Support the broader Technical Services Provision team with document control and compliance activities.
What You Bring Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle highly technical, compliance-driven documentation.
Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and technical understanding.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Familiarity with SAP and technical recordkeeping systems (training provided).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
Knowledge of aircraft or engine maintenance (desirable, but not essential).
