AKESO Healthsearch (formerly AGC Healthcare) is currently hiring an Internal Recruiter to join the existing team. This is a 6-month contract role with a possibility for extension.

The ideal candidate should have:
* Minimum 2 years Inhouse/Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience (preferably in an agency setting but not essential)
* A sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target driven environment.
* The ability to work in a highly competitive environment which requires an individual who can work under pressure and autonomously.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* Strong administration skills and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise your workload
* Self-motivated, driven, proactive and positive attitude
Responsibilities include:
* Pro-actively sourcing candidates through various social platforms and jobs boards.
* Manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process
* Partner with the hiring managers
* Screen and interview potential candidates to ensure they have the skills and experience required.
* Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates to ensure clear communication and meet expectations
* Taking ownership of the full candidate experience and managing it
