With us, you'll be part of a dynamic team where creativity knows no bounds and excellence is the standard.What You'll Do:Social Media ManagementTake ownership of the day-to-day management of our brand channels, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and brand identity across all platforms.Develop and execute channel-specific strategies to grow audiences, drive engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty.Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team on the management and optimisation of TikTok Shop, ensuring product listings, promotions, and campaigns are aligned across both functions.Plan, manage, and host TikTok Lives to showcase products, drive sales, and connect authentically with audiences — on-camera presence is a must.Work closely with brand, marketing, and creative teams to align social media with wider campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.Content Community EngagementOversee the creation, curation, and approval of engaging content for various platforms.Ensure content calendars are planned, executed, and aligned with campaign objectives.Guide the team in building and maintaining strong online communities through engagement, conversation, and responsiveness.Strategy ExecutionDesign and oversee social media strategies to align with overall brand and business objectives. Set KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and content.Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to ensure strategies remain fresh and innovativeCollaborate: Work closely with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure our brands' visions are consistently upheld.Leadership Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback.Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team culture.Develop training initiatives to upskill the team on emerging platforms, tools, and best practices.Paid Advertising Affiliate MarketingSupport the planning and execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring they complement organic activity.Work with the performance team to optimise targeting, creative, and spend.
