Job Description
A Senior Project Planner/Scheduler is required to work with our Limerick based client on a contracting basis for an initial 12‑month contract.
Role
Plan, schedule, track and control several small capital projects simultaneously.
Develop level 3‑5 detailed schedules and implement planning, reporting and analytical tools in Primavera P6.
Contractor schedule analysis and draft a detailed master schedule for larger capital projects.
Plan and forecast using the Critical Path Method.
Create and maintain the Project Risk Register.
Chair weekly planning & scheduling focused meetings, including round‑table workshop planning.
Highlight schedule issues and constraints and propose mitigations.
Establish KPIs and routinely track and report for the specific function.
Comply with all current IOPS cGxP’s (e.g., Good Manufacturing Processes, Good Documentation Practices).
Requirements
BS/BA in engineering or a related scientific field or relevant trade qualification with 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient knowledge and use of Oracle Primavera.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (including MS Project).
